ABOUT THIS PROJECT
What did I do?
I was an User Experience Design Intern on the Content Anywhere Team at PNC during the Summer of 2019. My team was responsible specifically for the tablet application experience within the branch space as well as the UX design for the Account Opening experience for Virtual Wallet and Credit Cards.
The main project I worked on was my PNC Capstone—where we were tasked to first, redesign the Virtual Wallet Student dashboard and second, to develop a new bill splitting service. My team consisted of 7 people: 2 UX design interns (1 being me), 2 data analysts, 1 UX developer, 1 insights and optimization intern (user testing), and 1 content intern.
